Customer Relationship Management Software Solution (CRM) Implementation

ANHBC invites qualified software development vendors to submit proposals for the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management software solution (CRM). This opportunity is suitable for vendors with extensive experience implementing CRM solutions for clients within Canada, and more specifically, the province of British Columbia.  

ANHBC expects the solution to be a cloud-based SaaS platform that supports efficient digital service delivery, secure data management, and a seamless user experience. The selected vendor will be expected to work collaboratively from discovery and planning through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. 

The implementation of the CRM for the Childcare services program is expected to be the first phase of the project, with the remaining “use cases” designated for subsequent phases. Tasks expected to be completed include, but are not limited to: 

  • Discovery and requirements gathering 
  • Solution architecture and technical planning 
  • Software configuration 
  • Database design and secure data handling 
  • User authentication and role-based access controls 
  • Quality assurance, testing, and bug fixing 
  • Documentation, training support, and knowledge transfer 
  • Post-launch maintenance and technical support options

Demonstrated experience delivering CRM solutions to Canadian clients 

  • Strong understanding of software development and project management best practices 
  • Ability to provide clear project timelines, milestones, and communication processes 
  • Portfolio or case studies showing relevant software development work 

Capacity to support implementation, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance 

Proposals will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirements of the RFP, including the mandatory and weighted criteria stated in the RFP document
